What does a workplace project with Studio X involve?
We can take a project the whole way, from the initial brief and concept through to detailed design, tender and handover, or step in for a single stage such as atest-fit or concept. We shape the scope around what you need.
How long does an office fit-out take?
It depends on size and complexity, but most office projects run from a few months to around a year from brief to move-in. Once we understand your space andbrief, we give you a realistic programme up front.
How much does an office fit-out cost?
Cost is driven by size, location, specification and the condition of the building, so a headline rate can mislead. We give you an indicative budget once weunderstand the brief, then design to it.
Do you manage the construction as well?
We design the workplace and can run the tender and oversee the appointed contractor on site to protect the design intent. The build itself is delivered by thecontractor.
