for high performance businesses

Studio X is a founder-led commercial interior design practice with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. We work across retail, workplace and food & beverage environments, creating spaces where brand, experience and commercial performance align.

We design environments where experience and performance are inseparable. Every decision is shaped by how a space will be used, perceived, and ultimately how it performs commercially for brands, landlords and developers.

Our work spans across Asia-Pacific from 1,000 to 1,000,000 sq ft. of retail, workplace, food & beverage and mixed-use environments — from single-site independents to multi-market rollouts and mixed-use developments, and from lean, high-impact interventions to complex multi-phase programmes.

In each case, we operate as a senior-led extension of our clients' teams, aligning brand, spatial strategy and delivery realities from the outset.

We don't impose our look — we are agnostic in style. We develop solutions that respond precisely to the brief, the business model and the market context — whether the objective is sales growth, user engagement, operational efficiency or asset value.

(Founder)Studio X bridges the gap between brand, space, and commercial reality. We approach every project with a belief that design should not only look great, but perform — for clients, users, and the long-term value of the asset.
